Rocket Chassis becomes sponsor of the United Late Model Series in 2024!
For the first time in the series 24 year history, the historic chassis manufacturer located in Shinnston, WV has come on board for the 2024 race season with the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series. Series owner/promoter Trevor Zuver made the trip down to West Virginia to meet with Steve Baker of Rocket Chassis and proposed a new incentive program to benefit the Lindemuth Laser Etching Elite Drivers on tour in 2024 that currently run a Rocket Chassis in competition.
The program in which Steve Baker and Trevor Zuver came to agreement upon will award driver’s a monetary amount at the end of the season. Currently set for the top three Elite Drivers in the championship point standings competing in Rocket Chassis in 2024. They will all be awarded an additional $500.00 at the 2024 Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series Championship Banquet. Trevor Zuver stated that “I am beyond excited to have brought Rocket Chassis to the United Late Model Series and bring the winning culture they have created there to our series. It is outstanding that we are now able to bring on partners such as Rocket Chassis to give back to those on the tour in another way to help benefit their programs on the regional level.” After 23 full years of racing, Rocket Chassis has been the championship car for approximately 16 of those years and carry the vast majority of wins on the tour. Currently led by four time champion Max Blair with 42 United Late Model Series victories in a Rocket Chassis.
