The Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series will return to action again this weekend with a return visit to McKean County Raceway for its third event of the year at its hometown track and it will make its first ever visit to Outlaw Speedway in Dundee NY on Friday night. Both events will pay $3000 to the winner.
MCR has been the “home” track of the ULMS Late Model Series over its 20 plus years and this year it has seen two different winners in its two events held at the 3/8 mile fairground oval in East Smethport PA. Wyatt Scott of Garland, PA won the first event with a last lap pass on Dave Hess Jr and series defending three time champion, Max Blair dominated the last ULMS show at MCR earlier this month.
Race time is 7:30pm with ULMS Integra Shock Qualifying slated at 7:05PM. A complete program of support divisions will be also on hand for the Thursday Night Thunder program.
Friday night will see the ULMS Late Model teams head to south central New York to the Outlaw Speedway in Dundee NY for the first time ever. It will be a home coming of sort for local stars Bryce Davis, Mike Smith, Jason Knowles and Mike Wonderling, while Jon Rohacevich will make the trip from eastern New York and the Turbortville Tornado, Luke Hoffner will come north from north central Pennsylvania.
