Mckean County Raceway will return to the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series schedule in 2024.  This will serve as the second event of a three day fourth of July weekend!

July, 5th, 2024 will be the first event ULMS has had at the ⅓ mile dirt oval since that last running of the Fall Classic in 2021.  Max Blair had picked up that victory.  Since then, a lot has changed in the ranks of super dirt late models.  Regional stars such as Blair have since moved onto the national scene and young stars have begun to emerge.  We expect multiple new driver’s on the tour bringing new names to Smethport, PA dirt oval.

New promoter’s Kurt and Bonnie Stebbins at Mckean County Raceway are eager to bring ULMS back to its roots at the speedway boasting one of the largest purse’s the promoters have utilized to date.  After a successful 2023 for the raceway, including multiple updates to the racetrack from the promoters; series owner and Smethport Area High School Alumni Trevor Zuver jumped on the chance to bring the regional tour back home.

This event will utilize the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series $4,000.0o to win and $500.00 to start purse.  It will follow the “USMC Jason Dunham Memorial” at Bradford Speedway in Rew, PA on the fourth.  ULMS officials are actively speaking with tracks to fill a hole on the sixth before we head to Eriez Speedway in Erie, PA on the seventh for the “Mike Farr Memorial”.

ULMS is still openly looking for marketing partners and sponsorships for the 2024 season. For more questions or information reach us on any of our social platforms or by email.
