Defending two time series champion and all time series winner, Max Blair picked up his first 2020 Zimmer Service Center ULMS Series win, Sunday night at Bradford Speedway in front of a capacity crowd for the Mike Reed Memorial. The win was worth over $4000 in prize money which included over $1500 in lap money.

Max Blair started on the front row due to his redrawing the top spot for the 30 lap main event. Sitting on the outside of Blair was Jeremy Wonderling, who was making his first career ULMS start. Wonderling who has years of experience at Bradford saw what many have seen over the past few years the #111 machine of Blair pull away at the start of the 30 lap event.

David Scott quickly took second from Wonderling on lap two as Wyatt Scott would move the rookie Wonderling back to fourth on lap 3. Blair was hooked to the bottom and Slowride was rim riding and the younger Scott was also glued to the bottom in the XFactor machine. Lap six would see Damien Bidwell come into the top five as Dave Hess fell back to sixth. With ten in the books, Wyatt was pressuring his father for second as Blair was comfortably in the lead. Wyatt would grab the runner up spot on lap eleven as Andy Boozel would move Hess back to seventh. At the hallway point it was still Blair over the Scott’s, Wonderling, Bidwell and now Dave Hess back into sixth running the topside. The remainder of the race saw Blair stay comfortably ahead of the Scott’s and take home his 350th career win and his 28th career ULMS win. By leading the entire distance Blair would take home all the extra lap money that gave him a payday of over $4000 on the evening.

Following Blair’s #111 Rocket Chassis was Wyatt Scott, David Scott, Jeremy Wonderling, Damien Bidwell, Hess, Boozel, Doug Eck, who set the Integra Shocks Fast Time during qualifying, Ryan Scott and Jason Dobson was tenth and the hard charger of the race.
