Wet Weather Forecast Postpones “Chew On This Jerky Night”.
(Carnegie, Pennsylvania) A continued forecast calling for wet weather for Latrobe, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas on Saturday, July 19, 2025 has forced officials from Latrobe Speedway and the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series to make the joint decision to postpone the “Chew On This – Jerky Night” to a date to be announced.
United Late Model Series Owner / Director, Trevor Zuver stated “It’s the year of rain, we hate to lose yet another event in 2025 due to wet weather but are hopeful for a makeup date”” United Late Model Series is scheduled to be at Latrobe Speedway another time later in the season as well for the annual “Fall Fest” which is scheduled to pay $3,000.00 to win on Night one and $10,000.00 to win on Night two come this September.
Up next for the Jays’s Automotive United Late Model Series fueled by VP Race Fuels will be a trip to the Keystone State on Friday August 1. 2025 to Selinsgrove Speedway paying $7,500.00 to win & $600.00 to start.
