Lake RETURNS in 2025 to the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series!
The Uniontown, Pennsylvania native Michael Lake coming off his first ever Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series Points Championship this past season along with the Chew On This – Jerky Rookie of the Year has notified Series Director, Trevor Zuver of his intent to chase the 2025 United Late Model Series Championship.
After a dinner together late last week, the previous champion signed up once again as an Elite Driver for the regional tour eyeing the now $10,000.00 to win Championship Point Fund as well as the over $250,000.00 in first place prize money throughout the season. Lake just came off the series largest three day weekend in its twenty-four history this past October at Pennsboro Speedway boasting multiple top five finishes, he accomplished it all in that event on American Racers Tires for the first time as well, something that may prove to benefit the team this season. The Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series is set to have three large scale events throughout 2025 at Pennsboro with winners share of $25,000.00, $50,000.00, and $75,000.00 to close out the season. 
Lake will continue to pilot the #27 Longhorn Chassis owned by Bobby Lake Motorsports on Bilstein Shocks with Pro Power Racing Engines under the hood. 2025 will showcase the BLM team moving to American Racer Tires weekly as they run with the tour. The first event of the season will be at Beckley Motor Speedway for the co-sanctioned USA 100 paying $4,053.00 to win on Friday, April 25, 2025 and $15,053.00 to win on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
