Kyle Hardy Captures His Third Night of Power! 

For Immediate Release: July 18, 2026  

Pittsburgh, PA – Winchester, Virginia native Kyle Hardy scored his first Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series Presented by M&T Appliances victory of the 2026 season Friday night at Path Valley Speedway, capturing the $7,000 to WIN Zachary Crouse’s DVM Night of Power!.

Hardy came looking to continue what he left off with in 2024, two straight trips to Close Racing Supply Victory Lane at the Spring Run Bullring (2023-2024).  Hardy missed the event in 2025 won by Mason Zeigler, but came back better than ever!

The victory marked Hardy’s 7th career United Late Model Series triumph, improving him to fourteenth on the all time win list.

With a strong field of 32 entries signed in on a smoky 80-degree evening in Spring Run, Pennsylvania, for Dr. Zachary Crouse’s DVM NIght of Power. The pit area featured the Elite Drivers of the United Late Model Series, including the Chew On This – Jerky Rookie contenders, and several additional notable competitors such as WoO Champion Rick Eckert, Ross Robinson, Gregg Satterlee, and many more.

Lane Snook made his debut with the United Late Model Series and came out quick in hot lap group A.  As the track picked up, Feathers would be quickest overall in hot laps. Hayes Mattern would continue to show speed with the United Late Model Series as he set another fast time in Group A qualifying.  Ross Robinons would be quickest in Group B, 

Heat Race action saw Eckert from second, Snook, Robinson, and Hardy all cross the flagstand first picking up wins. Redraw saw Eckert on the M&T Appliances Pole with Kyle Hardy to his outside. 

Two, ten lap B-Mains followed after a quick round of track prep on the top side of the speedway.  Trent Merkerl and Taylor Farling would win with the top three of each transferring.

At the drop of the green, Hardy quickly applied pressure to the 24 of Eckert before making a pass for the lead early on and never looking back.  Behind him, it was all Rick Eckert and Jason Covert racing for the runner up position. A caution with five complete reset the field as Ryan Payne had mechanical issues. Back to green, Hardy hit lap traffic by lap 14 allowing the field to close back again.  Cautions on lap 19 and 31 would reset the fields and give Hardy the clean air to stay out front as we went on to lead the rest of the way in Dr. Zachary Crouse’s DVM Night of Power.
