July Fourth Weekend Next For The Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series
The Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series are gearing up for three day holiday weekend this July 4th, 2024! The tour will travel north of I-80 to Bradford Speedway, Mckean County Raceway, and then to Eriez Speedway to round the weekend out. Coming along with the tour will be the Lindemuth Laser Etching Elite Driver’s signed on tour in 2024 that will look to be out the local stars.
Thursday, July 4, 2024 you can watch the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series take on the bullring of Bradford Speedway located in Rew, Pennsylvania. This event will be the richest super late model purse the track has seen in many years paying $4,000.00 to win and $500.00 to start. Total purse just shy of $20,000.000. It also poses as the only super late model event scheduled at the speedway for the 2024 race season. The event in memory of local “U.S.M.C. Jason Dunham” has become a prominent event to the community throughout the years moving from McKean County Raceway to Freedom Motorsports Park and now at Bradford Speedway for the past few years.

Friday, July 5, 2024 the series travels 15 miles south to McKean County Raceway located in Smethport, Pennsylvania. It will be the first super late model event the speedway has seen since the tour stopped in 2021 under then promoters Joel Smith and Ken Leet of MCR. Now LOLMDS driver Max Blair had swept the weekend. Blair now following the national tours will guarantee a new winner come July 5, 2024 at MCR! The event will pay $4,000.00 to win and $500.00 to start. The main event for the evening will run 30 laps. Joining the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series will be the 600cc Sprints PA Thunder on Dirt as well as their weekly racing program including RUSH Pro Mods, SHARP Mini Lates, Pure Stocks, Mini Stocks, and Kids Mini Stocks. Taking Saturday July 6, 2024 off, the tour will then venture west to Eriez Speedway in Erie, Pennsylvania on Sunday, July 7, 2024 for the 7th Annual “Mike Farr Memorial” The memorial has become a huge part of both the racing community in and around Eriez Speedway but as well as the United Late Model Series. Through the work of Bobbie Farr, lap money and contingency sponsors have been continually brought in year after year to make the event just that much more special for all involved in the remembrance of Mike Farr. This year’s event will pay $4,100.00 to win and $400.00 to start. Currently Bobbie Farr has collected nearly an additional $2,500.00 to add to the total purse for the event. As always the event is expected to draw the regional stars to go up against the invading Lindemuth Laser Etching Elite Drivers on tour!
