Knox Dale- Cars, Drivers, and Fans all gathered around the dirt track for another Friday night show of racing. This race was “Race For A Cure” night as it honored cancer victims who have beat cancer, fighting cancer, or who has past from cancer. Before the evening events, Gabe Shaffer and Sam Orf Jr made parade laps in honor of these men and women..

The second feature for the evening was the Plyer Entry Systems UEMS Modifieds. Josh Ferry and Carl McKinney made up the front row for twenty five laps. As they went green, McKinney jumped out to the early lead as Ferry settled in second. Joel Watson worked his way up to third as Ken Zimmer dropped to fifth as Randy Hall past him for fourth.

Ken Zimmer, Joe Gabrselson, and Mike Kinney battled for fifth as Ferry battled McKinney for the lead. Josh Ferry would go high in turn three to take the lead as he entered lap traffic on lap thirteen. Watson in the 92 reeled in McKinney for second and set his sights on Ferry of the lead. Watson was two tenths faster than Ferry but fell out of laps as Josh Ferry went on to pick up his second UEMS feature win of the  year.

Ferry was followed by Joel Watson, Carl McKinney, Randy Hall, Ken Zimmer, Joe Gabrselson, Mike Kinney, Allan Atkinson, Nicole Spalding, Tim Peterson.. Heat winners were Joel Watson and Joe Gabrselson.
