With the 2023 racing series just a few weeks away for the Zuver Family ULMS Racing Series, we are proud to announce that we have secured a new title sponsor for the 2023 season with Jay’s Automotive of Olean, NY.

For the past seven years, the series was partnered with the Zimmer family and the Zimmer’s Service Center ULMS Late Model Series.   “It has been a great ride with Ron and Mary Zimmer over the last seven years and I am proud of what we have accomplished and the support we have received from them over that time, stated ULMS series owner, Chris Zuver.”  With the loss of Zimmer Service Center comes the partnership and friendship of Jay’s Automotive.   “Jeff Shaw has been a long time friend of mine and part of the ULMS family as our head technical inspector since my days running McKean County Raceway.   Jeff’s business has expanded along with his support of the series it was only natural for Jay’s Automotive become our new title partner for the Jay’s Automotive ULMS Late Model Series in 2023!”

Ron Zimmer commented on the next chapter of the ULMS Series, stating, “As the Zuver ULMS family steps into the third generation of management, I look forward to seeing the series grow and achieve new heights.  It’s been a pleasure being a part of the series.  There were at times some overwhelming surprises, but the fellowship and the friendships made over the past seven years are ones that I will always treasure.  The  opportunity to make these great memories is much appreciated. Yet, as I reflect on those past years, I realize that I am missing out on some of my family time. I also need to be supporting my own next generation of racers and racing fans.  I was so excited this past summer to spend time at our local go-kart tracks watching my grandchildren enjoy their races against other third and fourth generation racers.  My heart is feeling the need to be there with them.  Lord knows where this will take us next!!  I look forward to seeing you all at the racetracks!!”

Series director, Trevor Zuver stated, “Ron Zimmer has been the face for the ULMS series for the past seven years.  He and Mary have done a immaculate job as a partner and I couldn’t be more thankful for the friendship we have gained from it.  I look forward to seeing Ron at the track and wish him and Zimmer’s Service Center the best”. “Jeff Shaw with Jay’s Automotive keeps ULMS going this year and years to come.  I can never thank him enough for what he has done and will keep doing for the series for many years.”

The new Jay’s Automotive ULMS Late Model Series partner, Jeff Shaw noted his excitement of being the headline partner for the ULMS Late Models beginning in 2023.  “I have known Zuvy and Trevor for long time.  I have seen the hard work and efforts put in over the years by Chris and now Trevor to provide the fans and regional race teams great paying events.  My own business has expanded and the added marketing exposure for both of us will only benefit each of us and the race teams, fans, tracks and other marketing partners that support the series, stated Shaw.”
