The Fall Classic for the past 13 y ears has been held at McKean County Raceway and with the 1/3 mile oval in East Smethport PA sitting idle for the 2019 seaason, Bob Reis of Freedom Motorsports Park has brought the “Classic” to Freedom on Friday September 6th and September 7th in part of the originally scheduled Big Dog Saturday

On Friday night the Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series will highlight night one of the Fall Classic with a 30 lap main event paying $2500 to win.   In the previous two ULMS events at Freedom this y ear, track champion, David Scott and ULMS point leader Max Blair have picked up ULMS wins at Freedom.  They both will be the top two to watch out for both nights at Freedom.

Joining the Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series on Friday night will be Crate Late Models, Pro Mod/Econo Modifieds, Pure Stocks, Mini Stocks and Bandit class.   Pits open at 5pm on Friday with grandstands opening at 6pm and hot laps beginning at 7pm with Integra Shock Qualifying at 7:30PM.

On Saturday for the Big Dog Saturday event, the Big Block Modifieds will join the Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Models as 6th annual Mike Duclon Memorial presented by Close Racing Supply will be held with $3058 going to the winner.

Also on the program will be the 3rd ULMS versus Big Block Modified match race.  The event pitting three ULMS Late Models against three Big Block Modifieds in a $500 to win all event.  Greg Oakes and Max Blair have carried the ULMS Late Models the past two years in winning the event. 

The 30 lap event paying $3058 to win is in memory of Mike “Duke” Duclon, who was a welder and steel fabricator at Close Racing Supply and local nearby resident of Freedom area.  Past winners of the event are Mike Wonderling Sr., Bruce Miller, Dave Dubois and Max Blair the past two years.

Joining the Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series and the Big Block Modifieds will be the Bandits, Mini Stocks, and Street Stocks.   Pits open at 4pm on Saturday with Grandstands opening at 5pm and Hot Laps beginning at 6pm  followed by ULMS Integra Shock Qualifying at 630pm.
