Wet Weather Forecast Postpones Beckley USA 100 to October 09-10, 2025!.
(Carnegie, Pennsylvania) A continued forecast calling for wet weather for Mount Hope, West Virginia and surrounding areas on April 25-26, 2025, officials from Beckley Motor Speedway, Schaeffer’s Oil Spring National’s, and Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series have made the joint decision last evening (April 23, 2025) to postpone the annual running of the “Beckley USA 100”. The two day event has now been rescheduled to October 09-10, 2025 with the same exact shows still planned. $4,053.00 will up for grabs that Thursday will Friday’s event still paying $15,053.00 to win! The event will now be a part of the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series “25th Anniversary Season Championship Night” at Pennsboro Speedway, which boasts a $75,000.00 to win event the following night, Saturday, October 11, 2025!
Spring Nationals owner Ray Cook stated “You hate it anytime you have to cancel or postpone a show due to weather, but fortunately we were able to find a makeup date suitable for all parties involved.” United Late Model Series Owner/Director, Trevor Zuver was on the same page as Cook for the move to postpone the event early with the high probability of imminent weather moving into the region with many teams having several hour hauls to the speedway. Zuver stated “With the rescheduling of the event, we feel it may actually bring some more excitement to the weekend! We hate to have to move an event, especially what was looking to be the largest opening weekend in our twenty-five history… but this now creates an incredible championship weekend for our tour with over $94,000.00 alone in winners shares over those three days between Beckley and our event at Pennsboro with XR Events. We cannot thank Randy Kinder, Joseph Rush, and the Spring Nationals for working together to make this championship weekend now possible.”
Up next for the Jays’s Automotive United Late Model Series fueled by VP Race Fuels will be another trip to the Mountaineer State on May 03, 2025. It will serve the tours opening event of 2025 now and the first American Racer only event for season, the second longest running topless super late model event in the country behind Batesville’s “Topless 100”, the “Topless 50” at Tyler County Speedway in Middlebourne, West Virginia. Once again paying $5,000.00 to win, but with more money in the back in 2025 paying a minimum of $500.00 to start! Also on the card will be the DirtCar Sanctioned United E-Mod Series for their opening event of 2025.
