OAKES COMMITTED TO UNITED LATE MODEL SERIES!

(Pittsburgh, PA) – The Franklinville, New York native Greg Oakes is committed for his first full year on tour with the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series Presented By United Appliances of Pittsburgh Fueled By VP Racing Fuel.
Oakes notified Series Director, Trevor Zuver of his commitment to be an Elite Driver for the 2026 United Late Model Series Championship and contend for the 2025 Chew On This – Jerky Rookie of the Year. Oakes has his sights set for the tours $6,000.00 to win Championship Point Fund as well as the over $100,000.00 in first place prize money throughout the thirteen scheduled events.
He’ll pilot his own #22 Longhorn Chassis on Bilstein Shocks with Clements Racing Engines under the hood. The veteran regional racer holds four United Late Model Series victories to his name, but never has attempted the full tour! He’s ready to change that with a Championship run and some more trips to Close Racing Supply Victory Lane with the United Late Model Series
