“Bam Bam”, Brock Pinkerous to chase Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series Championship!
Coming off his RUSH Championship efforts in 2024, the Ellenville, New York native Brock Pinkerous is already gearing up for another championship run… this time in the super late model division chasing the Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series Championship as well as the Chew On This – Jerky Rookie of the Year honors!
Pinkerous has implemented his intent to run the tour since December of 2024, Series Director, Trevor Zuver received their Elite Driver contract for the regional tour late last week to make it official. With the tour now paying $10,000.00 to win the Championship Point Fund as well as the over $250,000.00 in first place prize money throughout the season along with additional incentives, Pinkerous has a on the table to gain with the tour. Not to mention, the $1,500.00 to win Chew On This – Jerky Rookie of the Year honors. Already off to a great start in 2025, the young talent managed a top five finish at an unsanctioned event in late March. Pinkerous gained some valuable knowledge running American Racer Tires for upcoming United Late Model Series events.
Piloting the #555 Rocket Chassis with a Clements motor under the hood. They will continue to utilize Integra Shocks as done in previous years on their crate program with the help of crew chief Russ King of RKR (Russ King Racing). 2025 will showcase the team moving to American Racer Tires weekly as they run with the tour. The first event of the season will be at Beckley Motor Speedway for the co-sanctioned USA 100 paying $4,053.00 to win on Friday, April 25, 2025 and $15,053.00 to win on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
Accolades: 2024 RUSH 604 Crate Late Model Touring Champion with eight wins, seventeen top fives, and twenty-two top tens recorded for the 2024 season. Became the youngest to reach victory lane at the following speedway’s: Stateline Speedway (Busti, NY), Albany-Saratoga (Malta, NY), The Dirt Track at Genesee (Batavia, NY), Volusia Speedway (De Leon Springs, FL), Pittsburgh’s PA Motor Speedway (Imperial, PA), and Tri-City Speedway (Franklin, PA).
