The Zimmer’s Service Center ULMS Late Model Series have a double header this Thursday and Friday night. Thursday the series rolls into their home track McKean County Raceway for the first time in 2007 for the Jason Dunham Memorial in memory of the fallen USMC Corporal and Scio, NY native. Friday the series rolls north into New York state again, but this time Freedom Motorsports Park in Delevan NY for the Ron Baker Memorial. Both events will pay $2500 to win.
At MCR, the Jason Dunham Memorial will be 30 laps in length for the $2500 to win event in honor of Dunham. Full ULMS rules and procedures will be in place with hot lap qualifying taking place. Race teams are reminded that MCR uses the yellow Westhold transponder and rentals will be available if needed.
At Freedom race teams will utilize the RED AMB transponder system with the track having limited supplies on hand for rental. Freedom will be a 30 lap event paying $2500 to win. Both nights will be under ULMS rules and procedures with tire rule of 1300 Hoosier or Harder and American Racer 44 or harder rule on all 4 corners.
