For the first time since 1989 the super late models return to Genesee Speedway in Batavia NY on the Genesee County Fairgrounds.   The Zimmer’s Service Center ULMS Late Models will run for $3000 to win event paying $300 to start in the 30 lap main event.   The last time the open late models were at the Batavia oval, Hall of Fame dirt late model driver, Chub Frank won the special event held.

This time, there will be a new name at Genesee Speedway as series defending point champion and current point leader, Dave Hess Jr., will lead the contingent of racers into Batavia.  He will be joined by Greg Oakes, Damian Bidwell, Max Blair, Breyton Santee, Doug Eck, John Weaver, Kyle Knapp and many others.

Race teams are reminded the ULMS rules and procedures will be in place for the is event which includes the Hoosier 1300 or American Racer 44 tire rule along with Westhold Transponders as ULMS will be using their system at Genesee Speedway for group qualifying.

Entry Fee is $30 for the event and transponder rentals are $10 if needed.  The RED AMB transponders will NOT WORK at Genesee Speedway.
