The Zimmer’s United Late Model Series and  Valvoline Iron-Man Racing Northern Series will co-sanction the RACEFEST World Championship weekend of Dirt Late Model racing on Friday October 8 and Saturday October 9 at West Virginia Motor Speedway in Mineral Wells, WV. On Friday October 8, the Super Late Models will race for $5,000 to win and on Saturday October 9 the Super Late Models will race for $15,000 to win.

The RACEFEST World Championship Weekend kicks off of Friday October 8 and will feature the Zimmer’s United Late Model Series and  Valvoline Iron-Man Racing Northern Series in action in a full program of Practice,  and Integra Shock Time Trials, qualifying Heats, B-Mains, and the 25-lap, $5,000 to win/$400 to start main event. Also in action at West Virginia Motor Speedway on Friday October 8 will be UMP Modifieds, MOV Sport Mods, and SCDRA Compacts. Activities at West Virginia Motor Speedway on Friday October 8 will see the pit area and general admission area open at 4:00 p.m. The driver’s meeting will be at 6:00 p.m. and practice laps will begin at 6:30 p.m. Ticket prices for Friday October 8 at West Virginia Motor Speedway in the general admission area will be $20, while a pit pass will be $35.

The RACEFEST World Championship Weekend concludes on Saturday October 9 and will again feature the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Northern Series and Zimmer’s United Late Model Series in action in a full program of Practice, Integra Shocks Time Trials, qualifying Heats,  B-Mains, and the 35-lap, $15,000 to win/$500 to start main event. Also in action at West Virginia Motor Speedway on Saturday October 9 will be UMP Modifieds, MOV Sport Mods, EDGE Hot Mods, and SCDRA Compacts. Activities at West Virginia Motor Speedway on Saturday October 9 will see the pit area and general admission area open at 2:00 p.m. The driver’s meeting will be at 4:00 p.m. and practice laps will begin at 4:30 p.m. Ticket prices for Saturday October 9 at West Virginia Motor Speedway in the general admission area will be $30, while a pit pass will be $45.

West Virginia Motor Speedway will also offer a two-day general admission ticket package and a two-day pit pass ticket package as well. A two-day general admission ticket for the weekend will be $50, while a two-day pit pass for the weekend will be $75.

The Saturday October 9 event at West Virginia Motor Speedway is the final points event of the 2021 season for the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Northern Series and it is also the final points event for the 2021 Sunoco Race Fuels $10,000 Plus Challenge Series, which is a mini-series within the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Northern and Southern Series at certain events that pay $10,000 or more to win.

The Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Northern Series and the Zimmer’s United Late Model Series will co-sanction the Super Late Model portion of the events for the weekend and the tire rule will be as follows: Left Rear/Fronts-Hoosier 1300, Right Rear: Hoosier 1300 & 1425. Drivers must run the same four tires for Qualifying and Heats, Drivers will be allowed two new rear tires for the feature. The entry fee is $100 for each event and transponders for timing/scoring will be available for rent at the track. Any driver not making the 25-car starting field on Friday October 8 will receive $100 and any driver not making the 25-car starting field on Saturday October 9 will receive $150 tow money.
