The defending 2025 United Late Model Series Champion, Mason Zeigler, is starting 2026 right where he left off… on top.

After two events, Zeigler leads the 2026 United Late Model Series Championship Chase with two trips to Close Racing Supply Victory Lane and more than $15,000 in winnings already this season.

Sitting close behind in second is current Chew On This Jerky Rookie of the Year contender Jon Lee, who has finished runner-up in both events to begin the year.

Greg Oakes, who is contending for his first United Late Model Series Championship, sits third after a strong third-place finish at the 5th Annual Ted Siri Memorial. Oakes will look to build momentum when Trevor Zuverโ€™s Independence Speedweek kicks off next for the United Late Model Series, with several events close to home for the Franklinville, NY native.

Bryan Bernheisel continues to pick up speed in the main events and currently sits fourth in his #119, while rookie Kevin Smith rounds out the top five in the #97.

Dylan Lewis, Matt Glanden, Ken Schaffer, Levi Yetter, and Brock Pinkerous complete the current top ten.
