The Zimmer’s Service Center ULMS Late Model Series will be traveling up and down Interstate 79 this weekend for a pair of shows at Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway and Eriez Speedway for the Herb Scott and Dick Litz Memorial events.

The weekend kicks off Saturday at PPMS in Imperial, PA. The ULMS series makes its first visit to the Monster Half Mile in two years for the $3000 to win Herb Scott Memorial. The 30 lap main event will be a ULMS sanctioned event under ULMS rules. The Close Racing Supply ULMS Elite drivers of Dave Hess Jr., Greg Oakes, Damian Bidwell, Max Blair, Breyton Santee, John Weaver, Bobby Rohrer, Kyle Knapp and Billy Dickson are expected to be on hand. They will be joined by the Pittsburgh area teams of 2015 ULMS champion, Jared Miley, Keith Barbara, Alex Ferree, Mike Pegher Jr., Mike Norris, 2016 Lucas Oil Series rookie of year Colton Flinner along with many others.

ULMS tire rule of Hoosier 1300 or American Racer 44 or harder compound rule will be in effect. Red AMB Transponders are mandatory for PPMS and will be needed for ULMS Hot Lap Qualifying. Race teams are reminded that hot laps begin at PPMS at 6pm. Pits Open at 4pm as does ULMS registration. Grandstands open at 5pm. ULMS registration will close at 6pm with Hot Lap Qualifying beginning shortly there after. ULMS entry fee for the Herb Scott Memorial is $30.00. Adult grandstand ticket prices is $25, with Seniors (60+) $24, Kids ages 13-16 $15, kids 6-12 years of age are $5, and under the age of 6 is free. Reserved parking is $10 and all pit passes are $40.00 at Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway.

Sunday, is Fathers Day and what a better place to celebrate it than Bob and Kathy Rohrer’s Eriez Speedway in Hammett, PA. The annual Dick Litz Memorial will be on tap featuring the Zimmer Service Center ULMS Late Model Series. The special 29 lap, $2900 to win, $290 to start and 29 car starting field is in memory of former Eriez standout, Dick Litz.

Along with the CRS Elite teams of the ULMS Racing Series, they will have to take on the task of the top Eriez Speedway cars of Rich Gardner Darrell Bossard, Steve Kania, Chad Wright, Bump Hedman, Matt Urban, Chris Hackett, Doug Eck, David Scott and many other tough Eriez competitors will be on hand. Also expected to enter the event is Jared Miley, Mike Pegher and Russ King.

ULMS tire rule of Hoosier 1300 or American Racer 44 or harder compound rule will be in effect. Yellow Westhold Transponders are mandatory for Eriez and will be needed for ULMS Hot Lap Qualifying. Race teams are reminded that hot lap qualifying will be at 615pm. Pits Open at 330pm as does ULMS registration. Grandstands open at 430pm. ULMS registration will close 6pm with driver meeting IMMEDIATELY AT 6PM. ULMS entry fee for the Dick Litz Memorial is $30.00. Adult grandstand ticket prices is $15, with Seniors (60+) $13, Kids ages 6-15 $6, and under the age of 6 is free. Family Pack is $36 all pit passes are $30.00 at Eriez Speedway
