The 2017 Zimmer’s Service Center ULMS Late Model Series schedule continues to grow as Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway was added for two dates. This gives the ULMS series 16 events on its 2017 schedule, the most since its 26 race schedule in 2013.

The first trip to the Monster Half Mile will be Saturday, April 29 for the Red Miley Rumble. This will be the day after the ULMS event at Thunder Mountain on the 28th. ULMS last raced at PPMS in the 2015 Red Miley Rumble, which was won by Keith Barbara.

ULMS will return to PPMS on Saturday, June 17 for the Herb Scott Memorial. This event will be the night before the ULMS Dick Litz Memorial at Eriez Speedway in part of the I-79 weekend. The BRP Modifieds will also be on the card that evening at PPMS. Purses for both events will be announced soon.

“I am pleased to have Pittsburgh PA Motor Speedway back on the ULMS schedule in 2017, stated ULMS Series, Owner Chris Zuver.” “The Miley’s have always been a great supporter for the ULMS series since 2009 and we have had some great events and winners at PPMS over the years. With Both events being part of a double header event weekend, this should provide the fans a chance to see new faces on the big monster half mile, including defending series champion Dave Hess Jr., John Volpe, Greg Oakes, Charlie Powell, Max Blair, Bobby Rohrer, Breyton Santee and others.

The 2017 season kicks off April 15 at Mercer Raceway Park then two weeks later it’s the Thunder Mountain and PPMS weekend. For more information on the ULMS Racing Series, log onto www.ulmsracing.com and for PPMS check their website out at www.ppms.com.
